- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely.
- Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
