Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Concur Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and APAC , so flexibility to work across multiple time zones is essential.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Concur implementation Project Management experience (Mandatory).
- Successfully delivered at least one or more end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP Concur Expense
- SAP Concur Travel
- SAP Concur Invoice (preferred)
- Experience managing global implementations across multiple regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Ensure successful integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Drive workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and production deployment.
- Coordinate post-go-live support and project closure activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Concur with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, or Workday.
- Knowledge of expense management, travel management, and finance processes.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
