Role Description The Sales Manager B2B role at emHealth is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations, and promoting emHealth’s solutions to decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and tracking performance against sales targets. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, gather client feedback, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships in corporate, insurance or any other channel like health clubs, gyms, senior retirement homes etc.
- Ability to conduct effective presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare or B2B sales in the Chennai region is highly desirable.
