Desired Skills & Experience • 12 -15 years of solutions, services and IT consulting selling experience, preferably to ET500. Out of 12-15 years’ experience, minimum 5 years of experience selling in the West market is a must. (People with only Hardware and Network selling experience shall not apply) • Experience of selling any two - Digital transformation, Cloud modernization, Platform engineering, Application modernization, Engineering services, Technology consulting, Performance engineering, Observability/APM and Digital QA solution. • Go Getter and have a drive to win - get results despite hurdles, rejection, is persuasive and has the drive to win over competition • Must have achieved / over-achieved revenue targets consistently. • Can create and make winning presentations • Loves to network – across the client organization and the industry. • Solid negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • High professional and personal integrity • Can work independently and is self-driven • Strong process orientation and sales discipline • Competitiveness - Winning spirit and must enjoy winning our difficult competition • Preferably a graduate in Engineering with Post graduation in Marketing / Sales
