We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — for our platform. Training & Growth Path: 15 days of structured classroom training co-conduction 45 days on-the-job training with a target of ₹2,00,000 On successful target achievement: ₹7 LPA fixed ₹3 LPA variable = ₹10 LPA package Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists,
