Role: Digital Operations Associate Position Type: Full time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 6 months (with a possibility of contract to hire) Work Hours: 6 working hours IST timings (between 10 am to 4 pm IST) 2 working hours overlap with PST timings (between 8 am PST to 12 noon PST) Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - Ahmedabad , India We are seeking a Digital Operations Associate to support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating projects, stakeholders, vendors, and operational activities across global teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative settings. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects across internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines. Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting notes, and manage follow-ups. Drive stakeholder accountability and proactively escalate blockers. Support vendor onboarding and operational initiatives.



Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting. Improve operational workflows and documentation processes. Support hiring coordination and onboarding activities. Utilize AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Program Coordination, Client Services, Recruiting Coordination, or similar roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools. Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Robust ownership mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to collaborate with global teams across time zones. Preferred Qualifications Vendor coordination experience. Experience working with global teams. Experience with Slack, Box, Airtable, or similar collaboration tools. Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
