About the Role
The Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing US mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and managing a team of professionals in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Expert level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documents and various mortgage processes in Originations. Preferably in underwriting
- Good email writing skills, well versed in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Experience in managing back-office mortgage Operations in outsourced environment and capable of managing 80+ FTE
- Capable of handling new process migrations
- Ability to build & motivate teams
- Ability to manage client relationships and escalations
- Ability to communicate with Wipro’s senior management
Qualifications
Education: 12+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Required Skills
- Expertise in US mortgage operations guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Experience in underwriting
- Experience in managing large teams
