Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director – Corporate Relations and partnership/Head of Placement

We are hiring for one of the India's fastest-growing new-age technology education institutions that is redefining higher education through an industry-first learning model. The organization partners closely with leading enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and technology companies to bridge the gap between academia and industry, enabling students to build real-world skills and launch successful careers. With a strong focus on innovation, AI, and industry collaboration, the company is creating a future-ready talent ecosystem. This role will will lead strategic hiring accounts across GCCs and enterprise technology organizations and manage a portfolio of marquee accounts. This role combines enterprise sales, strategic account management, team leadership, and ecosystem building. You will work closely with CHROs, Heads of Talent, Engineering Leaders, and GCC leadership teams to drive large-scale internship and placement partnerships.

Key Responsibilities





- Own strategic relationships across GCCs, captive centers, and enterprise technology organizations
- Drive account growth, repeat hiring, and long-term engagement.
- Own placement and internship targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of KAMs/sales managers.
- Build strong outbound and account management processes.
- Represent us across GCC, enterprise, and technology ecosystems.
- Track hiring trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, recruitment consulting, HR-tech, or enterprise ecosystem roles.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and strategic accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in quick-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of GCC and enterprise technology hiring ecosystems.
