Registrar and Inventory Manager - Recent Delhi

A leading contemporary art gallery in New Delhi is looking for a meticulous Registrar and Inventory Manager to own their complete digital and physical art inventory across multiple locations.

Role: Registrar and Inventory Manager

Location: New Delhi

Type: Full-time, permanent

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Start date: Immediately

Salary - 12-13 LPA

You will manage:

- Digital inventory on Artlogic including exhibitions, consignments, sales, and location changes
- Incoming and outgoing shipment documentation and tallying
- High-resolution image, video, and certificate records for all artworks
- Physical inventory through challans and movement documentation across multiple locations
- MIS reports, inventory dashboards, and audit-ready records
- Coordination with arts, sales, and operations teams across locations

You are right for this if you have:





- A degree in Museum Studies, Art History, Art Management, or Archival Science
- 3 to 5 years in a registrar, collections management, or gallery coordination role
- Strong command of Artlogic or a comparable collections management system
- Exceptional attention to detail and a deep respect for the care and integrity of artworks
- Experience with artwork movement documentation, challans, and logistics protocols
