Key Responsibilities
- Manage investor/client relationships.
- Handle HNI, UHNI, Family Office and institutional investor engagement.
- Coordinate fundraising and private placement activities.
- Manage KYC, due diligence and documentation.
- Maintain CRM and investor MIS.
- Prepare pitch decks and investor updates.
- Coordinate meetings and roadshows.
- Resolve investor queries.
- Support business development and partnerships.
- Ensure high client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent.
Experience: 5–8+ years in Investor Relations, Client Management, Private Placement, Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Financial Services.
