About the Role





We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our Compliance team in managing regulatory operations and ensuring adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance processes within a fast-paced fintech workplace.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in ensuring day-to-day compliance with regulations, circulars, and notifications issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories
- Monitor exchange portals for new circulars, regulatory updates, and compliance submissions
- Maintain and update the internal compliance calendar
- Assist with secretarial compliance work
- Prepare board documents, resolutions, and meeting minutes
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- coordinate for ROC/MCA filings and Companies Act compliances
- Coordinate with internal and external departments

What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / CS / CA / MBA / Commerce-related degree
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
