Key Responsibilities

* Configure and support the **SAP MM** module based on business requirements.
* Participate in **SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support** projects.
* Configure and maintain **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** processes, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, RFQs, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
* Configure and maintain **Material Master**, Material Types, Material Groups, Material Classification, Purchasing Organizations, Purchasing Groups, Plants, Storage Locations, and Release Strategies.
* Gather business requirements and prepare **Functional Specifications (FS)** for custom developments.
* Collaborate with the SAP ABAP team for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
* Integrate SAP MM with **FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, PM, and Ariba** where applicable.
* Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and end-user training.
* Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals.
* Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience

* **SAP S/4HANA Implementation** experience is mandatory.
* **ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration** project experience will be an added advantage.
* **SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud** project experience will be an added advantage.
* Minimum **one end-to-end SAP MM implementation** project preferred.
* Experience in **manufacturing, automotive, engineering, pharmaceutical, or process industries** is preferred.

* Valuation and Account Determination
* Pricing Procedures and Condition Technique
* Material Ledger (preferred)
* Experience in preparing **Functional Specifications** and coordinating with the ABAP development team for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
* Good understanding of SAP MM integration with **FI, PP, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and Logistics Execution (LE)**.
* Good knowledge of **IDOCs, APIs, EDI, Fiori Applications, and SAP Business Workflow/Flexible Workflow** will be an added advantage.
* Experience in **master data management**, including Material Master, Vendor/Business Partner, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and Quota Arrangements.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Information Technology, MCA, MBA, or a related discipline.
* Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
* Experience in end-user training, hypercare, and post-go-live support is preferred.
Worked in both ECC and S4HANA Implementation , Working exp of ECC to S4HANA Migration and Table level knowledge.LTMC Knowledge Mandtory
