An ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Support Engineer and Trainer maintains lab hardware, assists students with STEM tools, and conducts hands-on technical training sessions. Required qualifications typically include a B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, paired with practical knowledge of robotics, 3D printers, and microcontrollers.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lab Maintenance: Setup, calibrate, and repair lab equipment like 3D printers, robotics kits, and sensors.
- Student Training: Guide school students and teachers through hands-on STEM and DIY project activities.
- Inventory Management: Track hardware components, tools, and consumable kits regularly.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot electronics, circuitry, motors, and IoT device connectivity issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Education:
B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Diploma in Electronics.
- Experience: 0.3 to 4 years of relevant technical support or training background.
- Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, and basic PCB assembly.
- Soft Skills: Transparent communication skills to explain technical concepts simply to young learners.
