Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, proposal writing, and international sales. The candidate should have a proven track record in generating business for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire international clients.
- Write customized proposals and respond to client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering and client meetings.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.





Required Skills

- 3+ years of Business Development experience.
- Solid experience with Upwork bidding.
- Proven record of client conversion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proposal writing expertise.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services.
- Understanding of Website Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Mobile Apps.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with international clients.
- Lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- CRM experience is a plus.
