Position: Parking Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day parking operations.
- Manage and guide parking attendants.
- Ensure smooth vehicle movement and traffic flow.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor parking safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with management to improve parking efficiency.

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in parking operations, facility management, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
