Adyasoft Technologies is looking for a skilled and proactive Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, web application deployment, security management, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting. The role requires ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain web applications, websites, and web server environments (IIS, Apache, Nginx, or equivalent).
- Install and configure application files, software packages, and required server components.
- Monitor server health, CPU, memory, storage, and network performance to ensure optimal uptime.
- Perform routine server maintenance, operating system updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, FTP, and user access permissions.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve malware, ransomware, virus infections, and other security threats.




- Implement endpoint security, antivirus solutions, firewall configurations, and server hardening best practices.
- Maintain regular server backups and verify backup integrity.
- Perform timely restoration of servers, databases, files, and applications whenever required.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime during system failures.
- Monitor server logs, identify issues proactively, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Manage virtual servers using VMware or Hyper-V.
- Coordinate with development and application teams during deployments and production releases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, backup schedules, recovery procedures, and infrastructure changes.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and operational standards.
- Provide technical support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
