We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, handling property leasing inquiries, and closing commercial leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for commercial properties through various channels.

- Identify and connect with potential tenants and business clients.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.

- Conduct property visits and explain property features, pricing, and lease terms.

- Negotiate rental/lease terms with clients and property owners.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.

- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.





- Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets.

- Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends and rental rates.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Leasing / Property Sales.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

- Good knowledge of the local commercial property market will be an advantage.

- Candidates from Real Estate, Property Consultancy, Commercial Leasing, or B2B Sales backgrounds are preferred.
