Key Responsibilities

Electrical Activities

- Electrical control panel design and assembly.
- PLC panel wiring and field wiring.
- MCC, PCC, VFD, Servo and control panel integration.
- Component selection and panel BOM preparation.
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance support.
- PLC programming and modification.
- HMI screen development and troubleshooting.
- SCADA development and commissioning.
- Communication setup using Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet. RS232/RS485, OPC Communication
- Machine automation logic development.

Machine Building & SPM Development

- Participation in Special Purpose Machine (SPM) development.
- Machine assembly coordination.
- Integration of sensors, actuators, drives, motors and pneumatic systems.
- Conveyor automation and material handling projects.
- Machine testing and validation.
- FAT and SAT execution.

Mechanical Coordination

- Understanding of machine assembly and fabrication drawings.
- Coordination with vendor and finalizing mechanical works.
- Basic understanding of Pneumatics, Mechanical assemblies, Conveyor systems, Machine alignment, Motion systems

Project Execution

- Project planning and execution.
- Site installation and commissioning.
- Customer training and handover.
- Troubleshooting during startup and production.
- Documentation and reporting.

Service & Support

- Breakdown troubleshooting.
- Remote and onsite support.
- Customer visit management.
- AMC and maintenance support.

Experience

- 1 to 6 Years

Travel Requirement

- Be ready for travel across India.
- Visit customer sites for installation and commissioning.
- Stay at project locations when required.
- Handle emergency breakdown visits.
