- Supervise daily production and achieve production targets.
- Manage wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, cabling, armouring, and sheathing processes.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality, safety, and process compliance.
- Plan manpower and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
- Reduce scrap, improve efficiency, and maintain production reports.
