Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RCI Registered Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals in a residential mental health care setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on patient needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the clinical team in interdisciplinary treatment planning and progress reviews.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure ethical practice standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized).
- Valid RCI Registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and therapeutic communication abilities.
- Freshers meeting the eligibility criteria are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
