RK Resorts is a 15-room boutique resort in Thirunallar, Karaikal, with Crave, our 60-seat multi-cuisine restaurant, and Le Petit Éclair, our 150-seat banquet hall.

Freshers are welcome. If you have completed a Hotel Management or Catering course, or have done an internship in a hotel or restaurant, we will train you fully.

Responsibilities

- Table setup, mise-en-place, and restaurant service
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Banquet setup and service during events
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the service area
- Following our written service standards

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with a Hotel Management or Catering qualification welcome
- Willingness to learn and take training seriously
- Fluent Tamil; basic English
- Presentable, punctual, comfortable on your feet through a shift
- Willing to work in Karaikal; accommodation provided on property




- 6-day week; weekly off on a weekday — Saturdays and Sundays are working days
