- Patient Interaction: Welcome patients and visitors warmly, verify identification, and guide them to the appropriate departments or wards.
- Communications: Manage incoming calls, transfer inquiries accurately, and assist with patient follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Administrative & Records: Update patient details, maintain electronic health records (EHR), and manage medical filing.
- Billing & Insurance: Assist with the admission and discharge process, process payments, and coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to medical privacy and confidentiality regulations (such as HIPAA).
- Admission to Discharge Process: Prepare Admission & Bill at the time of Discharge.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
