We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Office Executive to manage our 30-room property with an in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the hotel industry and strong operational knowledge.

This role requires complete responsibility for day-to-day hotel operations, guest satisfaction, staff management, and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management of hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping & Restaurant)
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Staff supervision, duty rosters, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Maintain SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth restaurant operations
- Monitor OTA bookings, room inventory, and daily reports
- Ensure cost control and basic revenue management




- Liaison with management and regular operational reporting

Eligibility / Requirements

- Only candidates with Hotel Industry background should apply
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as Hotel Manager / Assistant Manager / Operations role
- Experience handling rooms + restaurant is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OTA handling, guest relations, and hotel SOPs
- Willing to take full responsibility of operations

Pay: ₹8,663.92 - ₹17,699.38 per month
