- · Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for Electrical Equipments, breaker, Electrical Distribution Panels, Distribution Boards, Power Factor control panel , U.P.S,HVAC Chiller Plant , Fire Detection panel , telephone bill monitoring system & billing, Fax Machine, Time Punch Machine, Cash Counting Machine, preparing AMC schedule for service providers.

· Implementing NABH protocols for Maintenance department with the help of quality team.

· Reducing costs by implementing reduction strategies.

· Give presentation in Department Review Meeting monthly

· Follow-up with concerned dept for rectification defects and checking of rectified defects.

· Dealing with vendors/contractors, quotation call, making comparative statements and inter office memos etc.





· Bills – Maintaining and updating Bills Management Toolkit in order to track the bills.

· Responsible to ensure smooth processing of bills and payment within stipulated period of time.

· Research & development

· Asset Management of the organization.

· Updating the management on recent technology & its impact on organization.

· Cost saving analysis in each department.

· Implementation of new technology with IT department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
