- Position : Project Manager

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Computers.

Job Responsibilities

- Engage and maintain client relationship, determine clients' needs in accordance with project SLA's.

- Lead large teams and multiple projects across the following domains Business applications | Web apps | RPA | Chatbot | Block Chain | IOT | Analytics | SAP | Mobile App.

- Experience in handling escalations and complex project issues and coordinating technical delivery across client teams to provide successful resolution.

- Conduct project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all project directives and timelines.

- Preferred experience in tracking and managing project financials and present status senior management.

- Lead, manage and direct project teams while coaching project teams on Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Help shape processes that increase efficiencies in accordance with project delivery service levels agreement requirements.

- Mentor and coach stakeholders on their project management methodologies including agile and scrum.

- Act as subject matter expert on project deliverable, timetables, risks, and challenges.

- Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent projects.

- Lead, manage, and direct multiple project teams on project deliverable within client budget guidelines (Fixed or Variable).

- Out- of- the- box thinking and solid analytical skills with ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems is a prerequisite for this position.
