We are urgently hiring for a DRA/ Collection executive for our company

The DRA/Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding dues from clients. He has to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely and effective payment recovery. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

- Contact customers via phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements within established guidelines.
- Update customer information and payment records in the system.
- Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate difficult cases when necessary.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing collections is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
