Naikee Engineering is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can represent the company professionally, build strong customer relationships, and generate business opportunities through direct client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit clients and customers regularly for business development and relationship management
* Explain company profile, products, and services to prospective customers
* Give presentations and demonstrations of products whenever required
* Maintain and update customer database and visit records
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer support
* Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
* Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions with clients
* Generate leads and contribute towards achieving sales targets
Requirements
* Graduate or above
* 3–5 years of experience,
preferably in the fire safety industry
* Valuable communication and presentation skills
* Confidence in meeting and interacting with customers
* Basic knowledge of sales reporting and client management
* Ability to travel for customer visits
* Prior field sales experience in engineering, industrial, or technical products preferred
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
