- Guest Service: Provide personalized, courteous service, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns proactively.
- Order & Service Execution: Guide guests through the menu, recommend daily specials, and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure table setups, silverware, and linens strictly meet hotel or restaurant cleanliness standards.
- Up-Selling: Suggestive sell premium beverages, appetizers, and desserts to maximize revenue.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations, keep the workstation sanitized, and maintain excellent personal grooming. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) is generally preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience: 0-2 years in the hospitality or customer service industry is typically required.
- Flexibility: Capability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
