We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, documenting issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a career in software testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and software specifications.
- Prepare and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
- Identify, document, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
- Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain test documentation and testing reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and QA activities.
- Learn and follow software testing best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).




- Knowledge of manual testing concepts.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira is a plus).
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Git is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience required.
- Internship or academic projects in software testing are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
