Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the companys accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and handling tax-related matters, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.

Maintain vendor files.

Ensure accurate and timely recording Vouchers & Payments.

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Payment of Expense Bills

Prepare and file TDS & GST returns.

Assist in internal and external audits.





Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting practices are followed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BAF, BCOM

Hands-on Experience in Tally & Excel.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Solid knowledge of tax regulations GST, TDS & Tax Calculations
