We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for bookings.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
