Job Title: Relationship Officer – Tractor Loan / Car Loan Finance

Location: KANPUR
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Tractor Loan or Car Loan Finance

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Source and generate new customers for Tractor Loan and Car Loan products.
- Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan approval.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.




- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain excellent service standards.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tractor Finance or Car Finance.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and finance processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
