Objective of Hiring

To strengthen the company's digital presence by managing social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and creating engaging content aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities (4 KRAs)

- Plan and execute social media strategies across all digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns).
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for lead generation.
- Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports, monitor trends,



and coordinate with the design and marketing teams.

What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

- 3–6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing professional.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple social media accounts.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B or Renewable Energy industry will be an added
