Job Summary
Your BIM Partner is seeking an experienced BIM Structural Engineer – Revit Rebar Detailer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Structural BIM Modeling, Revit Rebar Detailing, and Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures. This is a remote opportunity to work on international projects with a dynamic BIM team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare Rebar models, Reinforcement Shop Drawings, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Produce reinforcement detailing in accordance with structural design and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and design issues.
- Review structural drawings, specifications, and design documents for modeling accuracy.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure compliance with project BIM standards.
- Deliver high-quality project deliverables within established deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling and Rebar Detailing.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Experience preparing Rebar Shop Drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Good understanding of Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures and structural detailing.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience with Tekla Structures is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
- Experience working on international or UAE/GCC projects is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery.
