Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Design Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage the design team (2D, 3D, and technical designers).
- Ensure design consistency, creativity, and quality standards across all projects.
- Define and maintain design SOPs, standards, and guidelines.

2. Client Interaction & Concept Development

- Handle client meetings, design presentations, and approvals.
- Translate client requirements into design concepts and layouts.
- Manage design revisions and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Pre-Sales & Pitch Support

- Support the sales team during pre-sales stage with design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare initial layouts, mood boards, and design proposals for pitching projects.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.

4. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Site, and Procurement teams.
- Ensure designs are execution-ready and aligned with BOQs and budgets.
- Resolve design-related site issues and provide technical clarifications.

5. Timeline & Delivery Management

- Plan and manage design schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure on-time design delivery.
- Review drawings and renders before final submission.

6. Quality Control & Cost Optimization

- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective,



and executable.
- Optimize material selection without compromising design intent.
- Control design rework and minimize errors.

7. Vendor & Material Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors for material samples, finishes, and specifications.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

8. Team Development & Performance

- Assign work, review performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Train junior designers and develop next-level design leadership.
- Participate in hiring and evaluation of designers.

Experience & Qualification

- 8–12+ years in Interior / Architecture / Design industry
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
