Job Summary
Tutree is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our Tutoring and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing team performance, resolving escalations, and driving continuous process improvements.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tutoring and Customer Support teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Handle operational and customer escalations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
