Hands on Fiori/UI5 development experience, at least 2 full-cycle implementation preferred.
Required Experience & Skills:
Recent experience (in the last 4 years) working on Custom Fiori development and standard deployment of apps.
Have detailed experience in develo+B1ping Fiori/UI5 on BTP
Have knowledge on SAP ABAP and ODATA
Must have hands-on experience of development on BTP platformConvert business requirement to technical solution.
Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios
Strong communication skills
6+ years of experience with Fiori/UI5 development, Working collaboratively with functional and business teams to deliver the best solutions and technical designs.
Exhibit effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and Oral communication skills
Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of SAP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in sap abap on hana development projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions in alignment with business needs.

Develop and enhance sap abap programs on hana platform for optimal performance.
4. Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in sap systems.
6. Stay updated with the latest sap technologies and trends to recommend creative solutions.
7. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in sap abap programming language.
2. Handson experience with sap hana database and development tools.
3. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana and fiori applications.
4. Experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end sap development projects.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
8. Certification in sap abap on hana is a plus.
