Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, maintains compliance with financial regulations, and helps improve the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure effective cash flow management.
- Conduct financial planning and provide recommendations to support business growth.
- Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analysis.
- Support strategic business planning through financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.




- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and monitor budget performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
