Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced WFM Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and support Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver scalable WFM solutions that improve workforce productivity, automate scheduling and time management processes, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.

Required Skills

- 6–9 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) implementation and support.




- Hands-on experience with one or more WFM platforms such as SAP Workforce Management, SAP SuccessFactors WFM, UKG (Kronos), Workforce Software, Oracle WFM, or similar solutions.
- Strong expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Shift Management, Leave Management, Labor Forecasting, and Workforce Planning.
- Experience integrating WFM solutions with Payroll, HRMS, ERP, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors.
- Strong skills in business requirement gathering, functional solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management.
- Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies, WFM best practices, and workforce compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
