Job Overview

Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive / Assistant Manager – IT with hands-on hospitality experience to manage and support the property's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of ensuring uninterrupted IT operations across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the IDS Next Property Management System (PMS).
- Administer and maintain the hotel's LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure secure storage of business-critical data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel's EPABX/telephone system.
- Provide prompt hardware and software support to all hotel departments.
- Monitor servers, desktops, printers, CCTV, and other IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and system upgrades.




- Implement IT security best practices and ensure minimal system downtime.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and software licensing records.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Hands-on experience with IDS Next PMS is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking, storage solutions, Wi-Fi management, and EPABX systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
