- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders to gather comprehensive business insights.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
