We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ,Branch Manager, Customer Relationship Executive & Business Development Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service while leading the branch team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Sales operations.
- Achieve business and sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare periodic reports.




- Identify new business opportunities to support branch growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/ Equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance Sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
