Job Details

- Position: Marketing & Sales Executive
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote (Work From Home)
- Experience: 0–2 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through online marketing, social media, and outreach.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.




- Good sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Must have a stable WiFi/internet connection.
- Must be available on Zoom/Google Meet during working hours.

Experience

- Marketing/Sales: 0–2 years preferred.
- Customer Service or Business Development experience is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
