We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated CA Trainees (Articled Assistants) who have cleared or are pursuing the CA Intermediate level and are seeking a high-quality articleship chance. The selected candidate will undergo rigorous training under a practicing Chartered Accountant, gaining practical exposure in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, and Corporate Laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits of companies, firms, and other entities.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR), GST Returns, and TDS Returns.
- Handle day-to-day Accounting, Book-keeping, and Reconciliation work.
- Assist in Company Law matters including incorporation, compliances, ROC filings, and secretarial work.
- Conduct Stock Audits, Bank Audits, and Due Diligence as assigned.
- Prepare Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Audit Reports.
- Work on GST Compliance, Input Tax Credit, and GST Audits.
- Support seniors in project work, client meetings, and assignments.
- Maintain proper documentation and work papers as per ICAI standards.
- Stay updated with latest amendments in Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other relevant laws.
