We are looking for a results-oriented Mid Senior Level Digital Marketing Executive to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research, create customer segments, and implement retargeting campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets, scale successful campaigns, and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- 2–6 years of experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Robust understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
