Customer Support Executive (Work From Office)

ECOMMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and chat support.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, and courier partners.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets,



and Email.
- Good typing speed and computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Customer Support or eCommerce.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub is an advantage.
