- Drive architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Ensure adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.
- Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
- Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing backend components.
- Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the applications stack.

Requirements

- - 5–7 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
