- Outbound Calling: Make calls to customers with pending EMI, loan, or credit card dues to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Negotiation: Persuade and negotiate repayment plans or settlements with debtors while remaining polite and qualified.
- Dispute Resolution: Work with customers to identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment-related queries
- Compliance: Ensure all collection practices strictly follow company policies and legal debt collection regulations
- Language Proficency: Should be fluent in Telugu and Kannada
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
