We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Faculty to prepare students for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and other competitive engineering entrance examinations. The candidate should have strong subject expertise and effective teaching skills to help students achieve top results.
Position: Chemistry IIT Faculty
Salary: Up to ₹1.4 Lakhs per month (Based on experience, subject expertise, and performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) students.
- Deliver concept-oriented and result-focused classroom sessions.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, mock tests, and question banks aligned with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students for academic excellence.
- Analyze students' performance and provide personalized guidance to improve results.
- Participate in curriculum planning, test analysis, and academic development activities.
- Work collaboratively with the academic team to produce outstanding IIT-JEE results.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Proven subject expertise in IIT-JEE Chemistry.
- Previous experience in IIT-JEE coaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring high-performing students.
