We are seeking an experienced Advanced Python Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance, scalable backend systems, microservices, and data processing pipelines.

You should possess a deep understanding of core Python mechanics, concurrency models, up-to-date web frameworks, and cloud-native architecture. Beyond writing clean, resilient code, you will mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and optimize core applications for low latency and high throughput.

Key Responsibilities

- System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, asynchronous microservices and scalable backends using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Code Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, query efficiency, memory usage, and execution speed across large-scale systems.
- Concurrency & Async: Implement asynchronous programming patterns (asyncio), multithreading, and multiprocessing for parallel task execution and background job queues (Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ).
- API & Integration Design: Architect robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party service integrations with strict security and rate-limiting patterns.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL/NoSQL queries, optimize ORM performance, and manage data schema migrations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, vector databases).
- DevOps & Cloud Integration: Build containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploy/manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) via CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, promote technical best practices, enforce clean code design patterns, and mentor team members.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:





- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade software using Python.
- Advanced Python Proficiency: Deep mastery of object-oriented and functional programming, metaclasses, decorators, generators, context managers, and typing.
- Async & Concurrency: Proven experience using asyncio, GIL management, multithreading, multiprocessing, and event-driven architectures.
- Framework Mastery: Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Databases & Caching: Strong expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
- Containerization & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
- API Security & Design: Thorough understanding of OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting, and web security best practices (OWASP).

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with distributed computing / Big Data (Apache Spark, Kafka, PySpark).
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, LLM toolchains (LangChain, LlamaIndex), or vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).
- Knowledge of additional languages (Golang, C++, or Rust) for native extension integrations.
